Overview
Walter Writes AI MCP server overview — humanize, detect, and batch-process text in any MCP-compatible AI assistant.
Walter Writes AI is a tool that rewrites AI-generated content into natural, human-sounding text while preserving original meaning and intent. It supports content from major AI models — including ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini — across 80+ languages.
Walter Writes AI MCP lets you connect Walter Writes AI to an MCP-compatible AI assistant and work with text directly in chat. Once connected, you can humanize content, run AI detection, and process batches without switching between services.

What You Can Do
- Humanize: Rewrite AI-generated text so it sounds natural, with adjustable rewrite strength, voice and meaning preservation, natural rhythm enhancement, and structure-level rewriting. Preserves important keywords, phrases, entities, URLs, and document structure.
- Detect: Evaluate text for signs of AI-generated writing. Get a confidence score, verdict, and high-risk spans with explanations.
- Batch Humanize: Process multiple texts in a single run with shared defaults and per-item overrides — ideal for bulk content workflows.
You only need to connect once through the authorization consent screen. After that, Walter Writes AI tools become available in your AI assistant.

walter_humanizetool. - Walter Writes AI rewrites the text to sound more natural.
- The rewritten text is returned along with a preservation report.
Example 2: Check content for AI detection
User prompt: “Run AI detection on this article and explain the results: [paste article here]”
What happens:
- Your AI assistant sends the text to the
walter_detecttool with explanations enabled. - Walter Writes AI returns a detection score (0–100), a verdict (likely human, unclear, or likely AI), and any high-risk spans in the text.
- Because explanations are enabled, you also receive detailed notes with writing advice on how to improve the flagged sections.
Example 3: Batch-humanize multiple texts
User prompt: “Humanize these two product descriptions: 1. [text 1] 2. [text 2]”
What happens:
- Your AI assistant sends all texts to the
